The IM&T department is responsible for all aspects of computing, telephony and radio within the Trust used both administratively and operationally.
Roles in IM&T include:
- Telephony Technician
- IT Technician
- ICT Technician
- Radio Technician
- ICT Support Administrator
There is no one route into health informatics. Individuals can enter the area from different starting points and at different levels. You can enter straight from school, after college or university or from other jobs in industry, in other areas of health and care, or from elsewhere.
The broad entry levels are:
- after school or further education
- following graduation or with similar experience
- at Masters level or equivalent experience.
